Kendall

Kendall is one of our busiest weekly routes. Most of it is planned communities where the pool came with the house and the equipment came with the builder, which means single-speed pumps running long afternoon cycles are the most common thing we replace here.

Screened enclosures are everywhere in these neighborhoods. They cut down debris but they also cut sunlight and airflow, which changes both the chemistry and how quickly algae takes hold when a service gets skipped.

Many of these communities have HOA rules on access, work hours, and equipment noise. We schedule around them rather than finding out about them halfway through a job.
