In South Florida a pool doesn't get a winter off. Heat, afternoon storms, and pollen work on your water every week of the year, and a pool that gets skipped for ten days is a pool that turns. Our weekly route service brushes the walls and steps, nets and vacuums the debris, empties the skimmer and pump baskets, and tests and doses the chemistry so chlorine, pH, and alkalinity stay in range instead of swinging. You get a service note after every visit telling you what the water read and what we added, so nothing about your pool is a mystery.

It depends on the size of the pool, how much tree cover it sits under, and whether it's chlorine or salt. We test the water on site and give you a flat weekly price in writing before you commit to anything, and new clients get their first month of service free.
Brushing the walls, steps, and waterline, netting and vacuuming debris, emptying the skimmer and pump baskets, checking filter pressure, and testing and dosing chlorine, pH, alkalinity, and stabilizer. On salt pools we also check cell output and salt level. You get a note of the readings after every visit.
Almost always, and usually without draining it. We test first, then treat in stages across several visits while running and cleaning the filter, and vacuum the dead algae to waste. If the plaster is stained past the point chemicals can fix, we'll tell you that an acid wash or a drain is the cheaper honest answer instead of selling you weeks of treatment.
Often it can be repaired. Noise and poor flow are frequently a shaft seal, a bearing, or a clogged impeller rather than a dead motor. We diagnose at the equipment pad and quote both options with what each will cost to run, so you can decide with real numbers.
